The company has a reputation for creating unique software solutions by creating customised applications using various technical disciplines. To coincide with substantial growth plans for 2008 my client has created a number of openings for career and industry focused individuals to join their ever growing team. EXPERIENCE

We are looking for a cultured, innovative, forward thinking, hands on Project Lead who can display at least 5 major projects leading a team developing large scale front office applications within the financial services sector. You should pride yourself on your ability to “think outside of the box” and not be afraid to push through new ideas. You should be a driven enthusiastic individual that can take on a small team of talented developers and have the ambition to grow. The role involves a client facing aspect, therefore, it would be desirable if applicants could display a level of consultancy experience coupled with first class communication and presentation skills.

THE SKILLS

Essential – Java/J2EE, JSP, Struts, XML, SQL
1st Class Honours Degree in Computing, Scientific or Engineering discipline.
(2:1 minimum)

Desirable – ASP, C#.Net, Swing, Hibernate, Eclipse, Agile development, BPM tools
