THE ROLE

We are recruiting for an experienced Websphere / MQ Administrator for our financial services client. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing developer support, advice and troubleshooting for applications on the enterprise server. You will also be responsible for managing incidents/user requests ensuring all are resolved within agreed timescales as well as documenting technical issues. This is a dynamic, proactive environment and as such candidates will be required to focus on reliability performance and future improvements.
