Looking for a new challenge in the fast growing renewable energy market? Then look no further!

Hays Energy has been operating for almost 2 years from the Edinburgh office and are now looking for trainee recruitment consultants or experienced sales people to add to their existing team. Dealing with the renewable and sustainability market we are looking to add 2 new consultants to the power generation and petrochemical teams.

The principal duties will involve looking after your own specific area of the market, recruiting candidates for our existing positions and new business development. With an extensive client portfolio and candidate database, we are leading providers of staff to a varied number of world-class organisations based in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen and Inverness.

Furthermore, the role will involve some business development by phone and in person, visiting clients, interviewing and action planning with candidates and utilising various marketing methods.

We offer on the job training - weekly and monthly so no previous experience is required. What we do want is candidates that are motivated, enthusiastic and determined with a good telephone manner and good people / communication skills.
