| You will be responsible for focusing on the delivery of training to support the implementation of a new computer system, candidates will be required to assess learning needs and develop training plans accordingly. Training will be delivered in both an on-line and off-line capacity and it is essential that candidates are confident working in both. The success of the IT Training Team depends on strong communications with colleagues and excellent team dynamics; therefore it is essential that candidates have the ability to drive projects forward on a team level as well as individual level. Motor Trade experience is essential with experience of Kerridge DMS being preferable. Experience of developing training courses, training materials and online training materials would be advantageous but is not essential. Candidates will be expected to deliver training in motor trade systems software within 4 weeks of taking up the post. Applications are welcomed from candidates who: • Have at least 2 years Motor Trade experience in either Vehicle Administration or Accounts • Have an interest in developing and presenting training courses. • Have an interest in writing tutor led training materials. • Have the ability to work independently. • Have the ability to work closely with others as part of a team. • Have the ability to work at times under pressure. • Enjoy learning new IT skills. • Enjoy varied and challenging work • Enjoy change and keeping up with the latest IT developments • Are prepared to travel throughout the UK on a regular basis.
