Full Description:
Our client requires an Area Housing Assistant to join their team in Aberdeen. The candidates role will involve providing a comprehensive front line Estate Management Service for the community. The post holder will be the key point of contact for tenants, owner /occupiers, private tenants and private landlords on all aspects of housing and matters affecting the community. The candidate will also be responsible for supervising the work of the estate caretaker and caretakers.
Previous experience in housing, experience with dealing with the public in both confrontational and sensitive situations and the ability to manage constant and often conflicting demands is essential.
