| Customer Adviser, Banking - Motherwell THE ROLE Salary: £15,000 to £18,000 Dependent on Experience Benefits Package: Bonus, Profit Share and a Generous Pension Scheme As a Customer Adviser your key focus will be around providing excellent customer service, you will do this by conducting Customer Service Reviews. These are the Bank's structured customer interviews where you can spend time with each customer ensuring they are making the most of the products and services on offer. By offering each customer the best advice for their individual circumstances you will find that you can either save or even make them money. The Customer Advisor will use their up-to-date and comprehensive product knowledge to ensure they can provide the customer with full information on the banks' products and services which are relevant to the individual customer. The ability to mentor and coach your colleagues to ensure that they are identifying sales opportunities with every customer and generating leads and appointments is essential. You will also be responsible for pro-actively booking appointments for Mortgage and Financial Advisors .
