Our client, a prestigious Financial Services provider, requires the expertise of a Strategic Planning professional.

The successful candidate will have the ability to structure, focus and deliver all manner of strategic change throughout out the UK and on an International basis. Linking all levels all staff and engaging with senior executive the strategic manager will coach and develop their own area and the senior management team.

In order to carry out this role you must have an understanding of the importance of strategic thinking, and the ability link strategy into the global business plans. You will have excellent experience, a wealth of knowledge as well as being a proven leader and negotiator. An understanding of the bigger picture is a must as you will be building entry level strategies right up to fine tuning grander projects and large global initiatives.
