The Role
Our candidate, a market leading hotel in Perthshire that boasts unrivalled leisure and banqueting facilities are looking to recruit a Chef De Partie to join there successful team of chefs
Key Responsibilities
You will have worked in a large hotel dealing with 200+ covers before and have experience in banqueting. you will be responsible for the commis chefs and keeping your own section running efficiently.
