THE ROLE
Customer Service and Sales Representative
The purpose of the role is to provide outstanding customer service and maximise sales / cross selling opportunities. You will be handling inbound new business enquiry calls and dealing with a variety of queries ensuring a high level of service is provided at all times. You will have set sales targets and objectives to achieve for which you will be rewarded with a fantastic bonus and benefits package and excellent continuous training and development.

EXPERIENCE
Previous customer service experience coupled with the drive to work towards targets is essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be a strong team player.
