THE ROLE
They are currently recruiting for Nightshift In-Bound Customer Service Advisors to join the existing customer service team. You will be taking inbound calls from existing customers of the bank regarding their bank accounts and dealing with their queries in a professional and polite manner. As the first and often only point of contact for their customers it will be your responsibility to offer an unrivalled service to each one, as well as promoting the bank's other products.
EXPERIENCE
We would expect you to have a proven track record in a customer service environment within any sector along with an excellent telephone manner and have the ability work under pressure.
