Role Overview:
To provide support to the Tax Department and the firm, dealing with tax related issues including administration and computations.
Responsibilities:
* Preparation of personal and trust tax returns using Solution 6. (This includes some higher rate liability cases.)
* Preparation of executry tax returns and tax computations using Solution 6.
* Issue certificates of executry income as required.
* Timeously agree correct tax liabilities with Inland Revenue.
* Ensure tax repayments are received and tax liabilities are paid timeously and arrange payment of funds.
* Liaise with clients and external sources.
* Maintain effective relationships with personnel in particular within the department and cashroom.
Experience Required:
* Good working knowledge of relevant tax legislation
* Good working knowledge of word, excel and outlook
* High level of numeracy
