Job: Part Time - Customer Services

Location: Dumbreck

Rate per hour: 6.92 per hour

Hours:

3 Evenings 17.00 - 21.00 and Saturday 09.00-17.30
Saturday 09.00 -17.30 and Sunday 10.00 -17.30
Monday - Friday 17.00- 21.00
Job purpose
To provide customer service support via telephone . Delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction and issue resolution, within specific targets and timelines.

Person specification
Essential Experience

Previously experience working within a customer service or telephone environment
Knowledge Essential

You will have excellent customer service skills and will be IT literate.
Also have excellent verbal and written communication skills and have an ability to empathise.
Time management and organisational skills are also required.
The ideal candidate must also be a team player.
Attention to detail is essential and an ability to adapt quickly and efficiently is required.
