Role: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Location: Glasgow
Salary: c£15k + Comm (high OTE)
Benefits Package: Excellent Benefits
Role
You will be responsible for selling their Recruitment services to a wide range of companies. You will also be responsible for direct sales, negotiation and growing your own business. You'll be developing your own list of clients who in turn will come back to you with repeat business.
THE COMPANY
The company is a very well established, successful Recruitment Consultancy with a network of offices across the UK and mainland Europe. They are a specialised agency that represents both permanent and contract candidates. They also have a very diverse client base that ranges from SME's to Blue Chips.
EXPERIENCE
You will be of Graduate calibre (any discipline) and be an excellent communicator who is able to engage people and be naturally persuasive. You will also be ambitious, have a positive outlook and be very self-driven. Sales experience is highly advantageous. This is an outstanding career opportunity.
