Urgent requirement for a Mechanical Engineer qualified to issue energy performance certificates. My client is a local authority based 15 minutes outside of Edinburgh. In this role you will be responsible for carrying out the energy surveys, calculating the energy performance and issuing the certificates on all public buildings. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a long-term contract basis whilst gaining experience within a local authority environment.
