This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified lawyer to join a prominent Oil & Gas Operator as Legal Advisor. The position will involve drafting of contracts, offering legal advice to management and ad hoc company secretarial duties. The role will also involve the occupier having legal accountability for the non-operational assets of the organisation.
This position requires applicants to be qualified solicitors with commercial law experience. Oil & Gas industry experience, particularly from the operations side will be strongly favoured. Excellent written and verbal communication as well as drafting skills are essential.
